Hi there,
is anyone face with the issue to reach account? Since yesterday I can't enter. It shows me message about account creation. Can you please help or how can i create a ticket to support team. I tried through chat, but useless, they redirected me to different people, but no help.

Chat is for customer support, not contributor support.
First check if you are logged into the right account.
Second clear cookies and cache.
Third try, if possible, on a different device.

Hi, Abambo,
thanks a lot for suggestion.
I tried everything, except button contact us as it's not available at the bottom of page at all.
i tried to login on a device i have never ever logged in and message is similar.
And strange thing, that i got my earning report from Fotolia not from Adobe.
Do you now any other way how can i sort my problem?
