You posted in the wrong forum. I will move this from Stock to Stock Contributors.

What was the refusal reason? You should always post the reason Adobe gave you.

What I see is that it is full of artefacts, colour noise and other defects.

Customers expect “clean” and “usable” assets. This one would be returned on the spot.

I doubt. My guess is that it gets refused again.

And please answer the question: What was the refusal reason? You should always post the reason Adobe gave you.

For a start, nothing looks sharp and there are plenty of artifacts in the image.

Not sure it can be fixed, honestly, but it depends on your original file and how you edited this version.

Is it a scan? Rescan with correct parameters. Is it a digital image created in the computer? Recreate it by paying attention to keeping it clean and sharp (as such, it should not give the impression that it should be sharp).

This is not tech support. Please be patient, people are volunteers, many are still asleep.

But anyway, you have not asked a new, clear question. You posted a screen shot, and said "so". "So" what?

I doubt it. To be honest, if you don't address the multiple problems in the file, you won’t get this accepted.

Sorry to say, this is not a suitable image for Adobe Stock.

Customers want perfect images for use in their commercial projects:  brochures, posters, product packaging, movies, TV, videos, advertising, merchandise, etc...

Better luck with your next image.  🙂
