In addition, I think you will have poblems because of lighting and not real sharp.

In addition to what @yamato7 and @RALPH_L said: you have practically over the whole image compression artefacts and there is aliasing. 

IMHO, fixing all the errors so that the asset would have a chance to pass is more or less impossible. It is probably easier and faster to create the asset by hand than to correct all the iussues in this image.
