Can you tell me how to solve the problem with the rejection of works? When watching the video, there is no audio, black frames, I don't understand what the problem is. The acceptance rate is somewhere around 40%, which is very low

Many Contributors are reporting dramatically increased rates of rejection right now, and Adobe has remained silent on any changes to their reviewing processes.

Some Contributors are assuming that Adobe has implemented some automated algorithm, perhaps AI, into the review process rather than relying 100% on human Moderators. Adobe has not provided any information as to the changes they've implemented, so it's all speculation at this point.
