Hi, I get the message "HTTP ERROR 400" when I hit the sell button and cannot access my contributor uploads page. Could you please support me in solving this problem? Thanks

Sorry for the late answer, I'm currently browsing the cases with no answer yet. Some possible remedies could be: Clearing cache and cookies. Using a different browser. Trying a different computer. Trying a different network. If the error is still appearing you have 2 more possibilities: You can wait for it to pass, as there may be a temporary problem on the internet or Adobe server. Some possible remedies could be:

  1. Clearing cache and cookies.
  2. Using a different browser.
  3. Trying a different computer.
  4. Trying a different network.

If the error is still appearing you have 2 more possibilities:

You can wait for it to pass, as there may be a temporary problem on the internet or Adobe server. Or you can contact Stock Contributor support: Need help? (stock contributor support) 

 

Just to say: I experienced this error too recently. Accessing my account from my current computer works now.
