Cannot Log-in into my Contributor Account

Hello, I haven't done any work for a long time - I broke my arm and had a long rehabilitation. I lost my notebook with a username and password, I periodically received letters to my mail that something has been sold, when I log in with this email - immediately a message pops up that I need to link the Fotolia account, when I enter the data - writes that this account is already in use. I don't know what to do, in principle, there are not very many works in the portfolio, you can close it. I can provide a scan of my id (passport) and international passport to confirm my identity (https://stock.adobe.com/ru/contributor/200836950/annamagenta). If this is not possible, can I register a new account using my passport (the same one)? Now I have new Adobe ID (the first one was my mother's when I registered)
