Is it worth to buy a canon D250 for shooting video on stocks

I don't think you'll get any equipment advice in this forum. You should probably find a review website that evaluates the video quality. This is a prosumer (low end) camera.

 Check the format requirements. If it does 4k at a decent quality, it will be ok. If it does HD at a decent quality, you will miss the high resolution market. 

 

Never look at the equipment, always look at what is required.
