Cesión de propiedad

Hola,

¿Me podrían ayudar con esta imagen ? Aunque me la han aceptado en otras plataformas, me la rechazan porque necesita una cesión de propiedad. La imagen esta montada sobre una fotografía realizada a una máscara de una tienda.

You cannot sell images of artwork created by other artists without a signed property release.  The mask maker must sign a release before you can sell images of it commercially.  This is a legal requirements to protect you and Adobe's customers from possible lawsuits later.

The mask is part of a more iconic creation, so you need to submit a property release from the mask creator. Having assets accepted with other providers does not guaranty that Adobe stock will do the same. IMHO, I think that the acceptance from the other sites is risky (for them, maybe for you too).

Posiblemente por parecer un maquillaje muy elaborado, podrian detectarlo como arte, y lo que en realidad te piden son los permisos del artista
