Hello, i'm newbie user!

I cant open contributor.stock.adobe.com on Russian IP(default).
With error: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

This is fixed by using a proxy. Is this normal practice? It is inconvenient to use a proxy every time you visit the site.

If this service does not work in Russia - I apologize. I haven't seen that mention. @ !

I’m sorry for your trouble.

I do not think that there is a contributor brake for Russian IP addresses. That has to do either with your provider or your DNS configuration. When you use a proxy (VPN?) as a workaround, you are effectively working around those 2 participants.
