It's underexposed, particularly in the shadows; and also has chromatic aberration as noted by Michael. I couldn't verify whether sharp focus has been achieved due to the underexposure, but if focus is good you should be able to fix the exposure and chromatic aberration and resubmit.

If you did shoot raw and the raw picture is approximately correctly exposed, you can try to re-edit:

  • correct the chromatic aberration
  • add some contrast
  • sharpen carefully
  • reduce the noise carefully
