The image was rejected due to being labeled as AI-generated, but I confirm that it was created manually using Canva.
No AI tool was used in its creation. I am attaching a screenshot of the Canva editor and design process as proof. Kindly review the image again.

Label all such assets accordingly when submitting to Stock.
It is my understanding that Canva uses AI to perform certain functions.
This a user-to-user community, not Adobe Stock. Adobe employees rarely visit this space or reply to questions.
Resubmit your asset with a signed Property Release Form by you as the artist who created it.
