2 Issues:

1)   Hi trying to report a technical issue to contributer-support@adobe.com  but it keeps coming back as undeliverable.

2)   I’m trying to set up my Adobe contributor FTP details with Stocksubmitter.

The error I get on Stocksubmitter is error (Timed out waiting for the user to input the code requested by the agency. ID .....

However the input code which I believe comes from Adobe never arrives email or text.

Any suggestions please?

Thanks

Spelling problem. It's contributor, not contributer. TOR not TER.

What is stocksubmitter saying on your problem?

I suppose you need to enter your ftp credentials that you get from Adobe stock.

Thanks I've added the FTP details in - they are correct but keep getting a request on Stocksubmitter to type in a code sent by email or sms - but no code ever arrives.  I've emailed adobe support.
