Hi,
My account was blocked for multiple contributor accounts more than 2 months ago. I wrote the support via email on May 14th, then another email sent on May 27th and then on June 29th. I've never gotten any answer.
I need to unlock my account, but the support via chat, redirected me again for another email.
Any recommendation?
Do you have a ticket number? If so, and if you used the "Contact us" link on your dashboard, you have done all that you can do while Adobe completes their investigation. Depending on the number of investigations ahead of yours, this can take quite some time.
You are provided a "Contact us" link when you try to log in. That is the only way to communicate with customer support.

On the pop up he gets when he tries to log in. He has no access to the dashboard without a successful login.
