Contributor account marked inactive — no response from support for over 4 months

Hello Adobe Stock Team and Community,

 

I’ve been trying to activate my contributor account for over 4 months, but every time I log in, I receive the following message:

“Our Account and Submission policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts.”

However, I confirm that I only have one account and have never registered a second one.

I have contacted Contributor Support several times (in English), but I only receive automated or templated replies, with long delays of 2–3 weeks. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any real human response or solution.

 

My contributor account remains inactive, and I’m unable to upload any content. I’m committed to working with Adobe Stock and strongly believe this is a system error.

I’m posting here in hopes that a staff member or moderator can help escalate this issue.

This is not contributor support, and we can't help here.

 

Adobe staff is very rarely following these fora. The only way to contact Adobe is indeed Adobe contributor support.
