My account was eligible but I didn't receive any mail regarding bonus, My 2020 downloads 500+

If you qualified, you would have seen a blue banner along the top of your Contributor Dashboard starting in February. I continued to see the banner long after I had redeemed the code, but I don't see it now. If you believe you were qualified, but never saw the banner, I suggest that you use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of your Dashboard to inquire directly to Adobe.
