hey, I want to report an artwork that stolen from my portfolio gallery.

Oh, that is such a terrible thing to happen to an artist. There is a legal process for removing stolen content, called DMCA. Adobe will only deal with your complaint if you use the official form of notice. You can start here: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/stock/contributor/help/content-usage.html
