After release of a photo to Adobe stock photo, whether the copyright will remain with me ?

At least in the US (and many other countries from my understanding), the photographer holds on to copyright in most situations.  This includes submissions to Adobe Stock.

Disclaimer: I'm not an Adobe Employee, and this is my own understanding of the Contributor Agreement.

You keep the copyright. 

You give a license to Adobe.

This license lets Adobe show your image, and sell licenses to customers.

Yes, you retain copyright. Read clause 5 of the Contributor Agreement that you must sign in order to create a Contributor account:
