Hi, my account has been terminated for violating terms.

Can I create a new account? I did not find this information in the terms.

Thanks, Ivan

I got the response from Stock contributor support. They replied that I will be able to create a new account and start over with a new email, obviously respecting the terms and not violating Adobe agreement.
Maybe it depends from case to case, I don't know.
If this happens to someone else, I always recommend writing to Adobe support to get the answer.

No you may not.  Violating TERMS is a very serious offense.  You are finished as an Adobe Stock Contributor.

As you have been terminated, you are blacklisted. As personal data is required, and not only fake data, you are not able to create a new account. Even if you would succeed, you risk to get banned again at some stage. That's the risk of not playing by the rules. Please note that there is a legitimate interest of Adobe to keep your personal data on-file. It's not a privacy violation.

Moral of the story.  DO NOT violate the Contributor TERMS.  If you don't understand them, read the Contributor User Guide carefully.  If you still have questions, ask here before you submit content.
