HI,
If an AI-generated image is uploaded to Adobe Stock without selecting the "Created using generative AI tools" checkbox, will it be accepted, or will it lead to the account being suspended?
I saw many top-rated users, whose images clearly show that they are AI-generated, but no AI-generated tag is shown on the images. How do they get approved?

If AI photos have been approve without AI tag, thats an anomaly. I've had photos rejected for not marking they are AI, when they are not, and will not die on a hill over that.
But you have control and options... delete it and reupload with tag, or wait to see what happens.
Take the only reasonable step.

They should be removed. If someone reports them, they will be deleted. With enough of them, your account is at risk.

In the early days of AI acceptance on this platform, the reviewers were not as proficient at detecting and reviewing AI as they are now. Additionally, I think AI now has more automated tools to do the checking. I don't think an occasional error in uploading an AI image without marking it as AI can get your account suspended, but you should definitely delete and resubmit it properly. If a Buyer comes across such mis-classified images, they can report them, possibly resulting in an account review.

3D artwork is often mistaken for machine generated AI, even when it's not.
If you suspect that someone is selling unmarked AI assets as original artwork, get the asset ID and report it to Stock.
