The picture as posted is too small for stock, so it's not the original as submitted. You should always post the rejected file as submitted, not a scaled down version.

You should also apply lens correction and correct the geometry for textures like this.
I agree with the comments from @Abambo . However, I wouldn't spend much time fixing and resubmitting this image. There are already more half a million red brick wall images in Adobe stock. The chances that yours would ever be found or sold are exceedingly small.
If I would look for a red brick wall, I would like to get one, that would be a seemless texture.
My search for "brick wall" returned over 17 million results! Don't waste your time trying to contribute a photo that probably never will be sold.
