It is not unusual for accounts to be investigated following the first payment withdrawal. If Adobe finds no suspicious downloads and no violations of guidelines or T&C's your account will be reinstated.

You are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself, and we can do nothing to be of assistance. Use the "Contact us" link to ask for details and wait for a response if you have not already done so. It will most likely be awhile before you hear from them, other than a possible generic email notifying you that your email has been received. Keep an eye on your junk or spam folder if necessary. Do not attempt to contact Adobe repeatedly, as doing so only slows down Adobe's investigation.

Thank you for your response and for the practical advice. I appreciate you clarifying how the process works.

I have already submitted a request through the official "Contact Us" link as you suggested, and I will be patient while waiting for their official response.

In the meantime, I'm posting here in the community in the hope that other contributors might have experienced a similar situation. If anyone has any insight into what might trigger a "suspicious activity" deactivation, especially around the time of a first withdrawal, or any suggestions on what information I can have ready for when Adobe support contacts me, I would be very grateful to hear it.

Thank you.

If someone come to my account and download bulk amounts of files from my portfolio then my account will be deactivated, I thinkg its totally wrong because there is nothing from our side. Adobe stock need to ban these kind of liecence holder, not de-activate contributors account because there are struggles of designers who are designing for adobe stock.

If someone breaks into your house, police make you wait outside while they investigate the crime scene.
It's standard procedure for your protection. Just deal with it like an adult.
Wait patiently. Be cooperative. Work on other projects.
