Hello friends, I hope you're doing well. Today I received an email from Adobe stating that my account, which contains 7,000 photos—resulting from two years of hard work, time, and energy that I invested in my youth to make stock photography my profession—has been blocked. There was no explanation, just a link. I replied to them asking for an explanation, but they only referred me to a link to their policies without providing a clear response. I replied again, asking them to allow me to continue my work, promising to be more careful and to review the guidelines thoroughly to ensure I haven’t violated any rules. I’m still waiting for a response...
I don't know what to do, as I’m deeply shocked and saddened. Has anyone had a similar experience who could help me? Is there any hope, or can they really close my account with 7,000 photos—on which I was building my livelihood—without any prior warning or notice? 🙂
By @Sina_Salehian8508I have another question: for accounts that get blocked or deactivated, based on your experience, what are the chances of them being restored?

It varies depending on what TERMS were violated, if any. If you didn't do anything wrong, it's likely that your account will be re-instated. Adobe will notify you of their decision.

There is nothing you can do but wait. Adobe may or may not reactivate your account.

Excuse me, sir, I have a question. If I reply to the email, will my message reach them, or do I have to use the "Contact Us" section to send them the message?

Hi,
In my opinion, they pretty clearly explained what the issue is--you broke their rules. They have also provided a link for more info so now it's up to you to figure out exactly which rules you've broken., although I don't know what good it will do after the fact. They make it very clear, in multiple ways, that breaking the rules may result in your account being suspended/ deactivated.
I hope things turn out as positively as they can...

The Stock Submission Guidelines are fairly straightforward.
https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/submission-guidelines.html
Contact Stock Contributor Support: https://contributor.stock.adobe.com/contact
This matter is solely between you and Adobe Stock, not fellow Contributors in this user-to-user community.
Be patient. It may take a few weeks for an investigation. Check your email spam folder. If requested, provide additional information directly to Adobe Stock. In the meantime, work on other projects. Submit content to other stock services.
Good luck.

Hello and respect. Yes, I have followed all the points you mentioned, and that’s why I’m surprised this happened! Thank you so much for your detailed explanation, I really appreciate it. I replied to the email they sent me, but since it was the support email, I hope that’s okay. Also, I have another question: for accounts that get blocked or deactivated, based on your experience, what are the chances of them being restored? And if there’s no hope of recovering the account, will they let me know so I don’t waste time following up? Once again, thank you for taking the time to respond, and I wish you success in your work.
