Dear Adobe Stock Support Team, am writing to inquire about the delay in the publication of my photos on the Adobe Stock platform. Three months ago, I registered on your service and uploaded a number of photos. Unfortunately, the moderation process has been taking 8 weeks now, and only a small portion of my work has been published. Considering that I have already paid £46 for a subscription, but still have not received any profit due to the delay in publication, ask you to consider my request and provide information regarding:
Reasons for the moderation delay. Estimated timeframes for publishing the rest of my photos. Possibility of compensation for the waiting time if the delay is caused by problems on the part of Adobe Stock. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this issue.

For starters, you are not addressing Adobe here but contributors like yourself. 8 weeks is considered the "normal" waiting period, but many contributors lately are experiencing waits times of up to 3 months or longer. And no, you will not be compensated for your wait time.
The stated 8 weeks review time is not a guarantee, and there is nothing we can do if Adobe exceeds that guideline except continue to wait. Exactly what did you pay £46 for? There is no subscription fee for us to become Contributors.

You do NOT need an Adobe Stock subscription unless you intend to license Adobe Stock assets.

It's probably too late to try and negotiate a penalty-free cancellation, however you can try using the chat box on this page and type "agent" in the box to reach a live person. Tell them that you haven't used the subscription and you only subscribed because you were under the mistaken impression that it was necessary to do so to become an Adobe stock contributor.

If you haven't used the stock subscription, you really could negotiate your way out, without a fee.

Having a subscription and being a contributor is unrelated one to the other. There won't be compensations for any late moderations. And having a subscription of Adobe stock does not even help your contributor work.

Thanks for helping me figure it out.
