In the first photo you have noise in the sky, a sensor spot above the sixth flag from the left side and a burned out light flare. You also have too much blue and you need to lighten up the shadows some.
Here is what I mean:

The foreground is underexposed, and the lens flare does not add value to the picture. You should have shielded the lens from the sun. In addition, you have sensor-dust
and I suppose your lens was also not free from dust. In addition, the picture is out of focus, you have slight noise and the saturation is too high.
0176:
The picture is out of focus (either has the camera not focussed or you did shake), the composition is bad (that poles in the foreground are really disturbing) and you need to apply geometric correction. I also assume that the saturation is too high here.
