There is a bug on this site, making inline pictures unaccessable to us for the momenent. I would try to attach one of them. That should be enough. Don't forget to mention the refusal reason. 

 

Meanwhile, I would check the histogram for underexposure and the focus, who needs to be on the eye. You can also check for artefacts and noise at 200-300%.
