Details on stock template assets

I am trying to find more details about contributing stock templates, particularly the royalty schedule. All the links I've found referencing template contribution end up 404 not found, and when i follow the link to the contributor community forum i end up in the general community (sellers and buyers). I'm beginning to think the template program is defunct. Any guidance would be appreciated.

As of my knowlege templates are on invitation only. Royalties however will be the same as with other contributors. I suggest you use at the contributor's site footer the "contact us" link to get more information.
