Hello,

last week I filmed big snow blowing tractor working on a street after extensive snowfall.

When I was editing the video I found that the registration number is visible on the back side of tractor.

My question is I need some kind of release to submit this video, will it be accepted or not just as it is now without any release?

Any identifying marking must be removed or you need a release.

Videos can't be submitted as editorial, and editorial does not allow for personally identifyable information, if it is identifying an individual. Logos are OK and buildings of public interest administrations are OK too.

ok, unfortunatelly I think tha Adobe does not accept such videos/images as Editorial.
Adobe editorial has limited scope comparing to other stocks

You will idealy edit the number out. If you can't do that, you cpould try with a property release.
