Do adobestock actually transfer the withheld tax money to the IRS?
If so, why don't they supply a formal documentation (like 1042-S form or at least a formal letter)?
Emails to the tax team (adobetax@adobe.com) are ignored
Update:
Today I finally received a formal letter.
It required several email remainders with red bold letters.
3 months after my original requests.
In other agencies an official 1042-S is produced automatically.
Summary:
Adobe stock treats its contributors poorly.
Poor service by the tax team.
Poor service by contributor support
No help from @MatHayward , king of Pez

If you're a U.S. taxpayer, your W9 form, which you can access on under "Tax Information" by clicking the "Contributor Account" on the top menu specifies whether Adobe will withhold tax; and after year end you will receive a 1099 statement which indicates how much income you received as well as how much tax was withheld, if any.
Other instructions apply if you're not in the U.S.

I have no reason to doubt that Adobe, as a large multi-national company, remits to the IRS the taxes collected.

I am not a us tax payer.
I need to submit documentation about tax withheld as part of my tax report. Its deducted from my taxes, to avoid double tax, but I need a document.
Other agencies provide the 1042-S form automatically.
Adobe from some reason suplly a "letter", and only after special request.
But this year they do not respond. Its been over 6 weeks !

If you are not a US taxpayer but living in a region that has a tax treaty with the USA, there is no tax withheld, except if the treaty says so.
Maybe you should contact contributor support on this. Need help? (stock contributor support)

There is a tax withheld of 10% on sales that comes from the US.
I need formal document from Adobe regarding the withheld amount.
There is no legal way, on any country, that tax is withheld without proper documentation.
Contributor support was unhelpful so far.

Contributor support is quite responsive as of my experience. Please check your spam folder.
@MatHayward : is there anything else that @RanDembo can or should do?

Issue is not resolved.
Contibutor support is 100% un-helpful. They just refer to the non-responsive tax team.
Tax team that do not supply required formal document should not be an option in any company that follows regualation in any country.

No reply yet from tax team.
Few unhelpful responses from contributor support.
Withhelding taxes without document is 100% equivalent if adobe takes this money into its own pocket.

Could you let us know what the final response was so that, should other Stock Contributors have the same issue, the answer is on record?
