Crio mandalas corriqueiramente.
Todas criadas manualmente no Photoshop.....
Triste demais.
I've checked two of your assets, and I do not see an issue with them, except that they are black & white. And for such assets, I would not expect that to be an issue. I would prefer such assets to be vector assets, however. And when you submit such items, you should submit them as a PNG file with a transparent background.
Definitely, it's frustrating to get this work refused as this. I would suggest, you check your keywords and titles and then resubmit one by one, not all the same day. And sub

What reason did they give you for not being accepted?

I agree. It is disappointing. I do not see why they were rejected. Maybe commercial value?

Did you include the name of any other artist in your title or keywords?
You already said that you didn't use Generative AI tools to create these.
The third reason listed in the error message, about conforming to general guidelines, doesn't make sense or help at all.
Another Contributor posted here earlier today that his 3D rendered illustrations had also been rejected on the basis that they were undeclared AI submissions, and it was suggested that he could try to resubmit with a property release attached indicating that he is the artist. I wonder if it would help to put "NOT made with Generative AI tools" in the title...
Unfortunately, if you resubmit you might have to wait another 2 months because the queue for Illustrations, which also includes Generative AI, is quite large...

Also Adobe Stock has over 100 pages of Mandalas that look very similar.

If you can make mandalas, you can make other graphics.
Experiment with Zentangles or Neurographic designs.
Play with colors. Try new things.

Hi @diego29162631u6s4 ,
I too, am not seeing any reason for the refusal. The artwork seem fine. I too experienced a similar refusal for a couple vectors which turned out to be erroneous refusals. I agree with what @Abambo said about his preference for vector format and you submitting these as PNG files with transparent background. The review time for vectors are shorter than that for jpg and PNG files.
Best wishes
