Unfortunately, there is nothing anyone in this forum can do to increase your downloads. Those are determined by a number of factors, including, the number and commercial interest in your images, as well market forces. For the 12 weeks that you have shown in your screeshot, your downloads are quite low with only one week showing more than one a week. Downloads stopped because Buyers are not licensing your assets, not because of anything Adobe did. In order to increase sales, you'll need to continue uploading new assets, use thorough and descriptive titles and keywords and choose subjects in categories that aren't too competitive.

These are questions that you need to consider and address. Designers are forward looking and they are downloading for events that are several months into the future. There is no demand today, for example, for Easter bunnies or other assets aimed at Easter or New Years'.
I hope these comments, while obvious, are helpful.

Fluctuations are part of the life. Sometimes you have more licence sales, sometimes you have less licence sales.
Nobody stopped downloads. You just do not make additional sales for the moment. That happens to all of us. You need to continue to contribute high-quality assets, if you want to stay in the game. There is nothing that anyone can do for you to accelerate that and have more sales. You need to do that.

Looks like your sales dropped off. Maybe you're not giving customers what they are searching for.
Do you have a diverse portfolio with lots of different subjects? Are you describing content appropriately for searches?

Judging from the number of downloads since the year began, I am assuming that you are fairly new to the Adobe platform. If my assumption is correct, it does happen from time to time whereby downloads stop but resumes eventually as you continue to submit new and diverse files. As your profile grows, over time, you will start having more consistent downloads.
Best wishes
