I noticed that your 4 images are very similar to each other. To avoid any issues during moderation or with the selection criteria, it might be helpful to diversify your images a bit more.

Is that what you intended to submit?

Also, take a look at how many images of autumn leaves on a white background already exist on the stock — probably quite a lot!
