I have been trying to log into my Adobe Stock Contributor account for 1 week and this error appears:

Yes, I understand that, but my point was that we, as fellow Contributors, have no access to your account so we have no way of knowing the cause or solution for the "validation status" issue you reported. That's why you need to email Adobe as indicated above.
