The image is blurry, noisy and severely underexposed. Perhaps you should spend some time looking at other images for sale on Adobe Stock in similar genres to understand the quality level that is expected.

There is insufficient light on the model's face. 

The phone is blurry.

And you will need to submit a signed release by the model.
