Hello,
Question, if you have experience with multiple contributor accounts, and have been banned or not.

You can track videos by analyzing the sales. You do not need a second account for doing that. A method to track your sales very comfortably is to export the sales data to Excel.
If you want a second account for your video stuff, you can proceed. Do not upload duplicates, however.

I do not have multiple accounts, and can track very effectively using a combination of the online tools and by downloading the CSV data into an excel worksheet in which I use pivot tables. If you decide to open up a second account for videos only, you will need to delete any videos on your existing account, and re-upload them in the new account, which puts you at risk of rejection. Additionally, if any of those assets have already been licensed, Buyers won't be able to access them to download again, because the asset number will change.

If I don't delete those videos in account 1, can I upload new videos into account 2? and no more videos into account 1 going forward?

The guidelines state that multiple accounts can ONLY be used for different asset types, and we've already received reports here of multiple-account-holders having their accounts banned. So why take a chance?

This is exactly why I ask. It just seems that the risks > rewards. Unless Adobe comes out with clearer guidelines. This is why I've never done it. But asking because I have considered doing it.

Read the guidelines on this page:
Account and submission guidelines at Adobe Stock
While they don't specifically state on this page that opening multiple accounts with the same asset types on each can reuslt in account suspension, we already have evidence from posts here in the Community Forum and in the Discord channel, that violating this guideline can get your account blocked.
"Multiple Accounts
You may create more than one contributor account if you wish to track different asset types in separate accounts, e.g., video submissions versus image submissions, or generative AI submissions versus traditional photos or illustrations. Also, if your account gets close to an online portfolio of 1 million assets, we recommend to open a new account.
We don’t permit multiple account creations to submit similar or identical content to inflate sales, or to bypass upload limits for generative AI content."

It's speculated that frequent submissions helps rank assets higher is search results. It's beneficial to keep all your assets in one account.

Frequent sales…

Perhaps it's both frequent submissions and sales, but I know I've seen the frequent submission aspect specifically mentioned. This article from the artists hub covers it briefly. I unfortunately learned this after I'd submitted quite a bit of content, I wish I'd staggered my submissions more in the beginning.

There is no reason for doing that but, to anser your question; yes. You cannot have different account ith the same asset types.
