False (?) message from Adobe

I've had this banner hanging on my page for over a year now, telling me I can click and select my Creative Cloud app. But it's never worked. Have any of you experienced the same thing? I'm afraid it will clash with a possible new announcement this year.

It's not a fake message. The banner for last year's bonus subscription code has continued to appear all year long. If it doesn't work now, it's probably because you already activated the code. If it never worked, it might be a bit late to report that....

Thanks Jill - I have been discussing the problem of the code not working with support hour after hour for days from the beginning - to no avail. The other years there have been no problems.
