Look at the sky on the right side along the trees. See the large sensor spot? Also, I feel you need to sharpen some and add some contrast.

Nice picture, but there are a few issues. The spot can be easily corrected:

Those long exposure defects could be more difficult to get corrected:

I also see some chromatic aberration.

You could add a bit of exposure and contrast. The building itself may be overexposed, there will be a delicate fight between the parameters to get this right. 😉

For the rest, the picture could pass, if you do not get an IP refusal. That's depending on the type of building shown.

BTW: I like the picture.
