Feel ripped off by “free trial” ended up as subscribing. No warning of “cancel now”. Very upset.

Hi Nemosalt,
We are sorry about your disappointment. The operative word is "trial". Please note: trial of anything has an end date. The company is in the business of generating income. "Free trial" used by any business is to attract people to like what they tried, and to continue using it, by subscribing or purchasing. This is a very effective means for business of remote merchants, since many people want to be sure they are getting value for their money. Depending on the policy, associated with the free trial, the company may or may not feel obligated to post a warning, and if they don't I would not consider it a rip-off, because it is a trial for limited time, beyond which time payment is expected, otherwise you would have opted out. Therefore if your billing information is required for the free trial offer that is enough for you to pay attention if you have no intention of subscribing.
In any case, I think your concern will be better handled via the "Contact us" on your page.
Best wishes
