Hi,

I joined here as adobe stock contributor and uploaded 39 files for review everything was fine. But suddenly due to net problem I could not stay online for 7 days and the computer was given windows and I logged in the account. But this happens after login. Although it may be due to internet problem, I checked the internet and still this is happening. Please I am hoping for a correct answer.

Try from another browser and from another location where the Wi-Fi signal is stronger.

Hey there,

Thanks for your response.

Sub: Files in Adobe Stock are not visible correctly

I logged in this Adobe Stock account on another PC but somehow the files are not visible and the drivers are also correct. And after logging in on another browser the same situation. After adding a new file, even if it is successfully added to Adobe Stock, they are not visible. Also my PC net speed is fine.

I humbly request that how can I get a solution from these problems?

Also, my adobe stock mail is: merchtees092@gmail.com

best regards,

definitely try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) . Check your internet speed using "fast.com".

If the internet is okay and you have the problem on all browsers then I would try to log in on a different PC.

If on a different PC everything is ok , then check your graphics drivers.
