No. The email is quite clear. "All assets were evaluated to ensure minimal impact to your portfolio."
I too have a few assets that apparently were uploaded more than once.

That's not what the emailed notice says. If Adobe intended to block accounts for these infractions, they would already have done so.

The mail says that duplicates will get removed. If you were a spammer, the account would get blocked without notice. So, at least concerning this, your account is safe for now.
