Review times can vary from 1 - 3 months depending on the season & how many other assets are ahead of yours in the wait queue. Be patient & work on other projects. Everyone must wait their turn.

From my own experience, I believe that these are files with which the moderator does not know what to do; whether they are suitable or not. You don’t have to wait until they check them, just remove them so they don’t interfere.

That is for sure not the case. Files get either rejected or accepted, or they get put in the reminder tab. Moderators (there are a lot of them) always know what to do with your asset, or they relay them to a supervisor who will take the decision.

As for removing the file: that's bad advice, except if you know that there are errors that will get the file refused.

The moderators, as I already said, do not know what to do with the file and that’s why it hangs for much longer than the allotted time, while all other files are checked every day, despite the small number of old ones. Apparently the moderator does not want to spoil the statistics and hints that it is better to delete the file so that there are no problems later. So the best solution is to delete the problematic files.

That is nonsense. The only issue that could arise is that it does not forward because it is stuck in the queue. That happened sporadically, but as long as the asset is inline with the waiting expectations, there is nothing you can or should do. And 2 months is still the expected waiting time.

If a moderator does not know what to do with an asset, they move it to a supervisor. They can't put it back in the queue. They will have to decide on that asset, or they will spoil their statistics, as the next asset won't be delivered to them. Moderators do not hint something to you.

I understand that you work in Adobe since you know so much detail, if not, then these are just your guesses as well as mine. Since you know so well, please tell me what stuck in a queue means? How can you moderate new images and stubbornly not see those that are 3 months old?

There seems to be some sort of bug in the sorting algorithm that delivers assets to moderators for review. I also have some assets stuck at the back of my queue, getting older and older, while much newer assets are reviewed quickly. It's not a matter of moderators being stubborn, or skipping over the asset, or not knowing how to handle it. Mine are landscape scenes from Germany, nothing controversial or unusual.

You think that moderators go to your account and moderate there your assets? That's not how it works. Moderators fetch the next asset and moderate that. And they do that multiple times a day. They just take what gets presented to them, they do not choose what asset to moderate.

Your guesses are nonsense.

I know that from time to time assets get stuck in the moderation queue. In the past, that was easy to detect, as assets got all moderated in a week time. But with standard 8 weeks of waiting time, you need to wait those 8 weeks and a bit (4 additional weeks?) and then cancel and resubmit. If you cancel too early and your asset is not stuck, your asset will never be moderated.

The time shown is the upload time, not the submission time, even if they say "submitted...". You should wait for moderation. That can't be long from this point.
