I am first time uploader and i am still getting to grips with the imagw quality side of things. Could someone offer me any tips? 

I have attached one of the images i am trying to upload but 'quality issues' has showed up on them all.

The exposure is uneven - bring down the highlights and lift the shadows. However, this probably won't ensure acceptance because focus seems to have fallen on the deer's tail rather than his face.
