Your biggest problem is depth of field. Notice in my cleaned-up version how the branch is in focus up front but not in focus where the frogs eyes are? The eyes must be sharp. There is also a little camera movement visible around the frogs head. The shadows should also be lightened and the highlights darkened.

Hi @Jmox ,
That's a nice shot. However, the photo is noisy. It seem your shutter speed was too slow to freeze the movement of the frog's head. Also, the subject is not completely sharp.
