Dear Adobe Stock Contributors community,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to follow up on a payment withdrawal request that I initiated on 29.06.2024. According to your payment policy, the process should take between 7 to 10 business days. However, as of today, 09.07.2024, I have not yet received the payment.

Could you please provide an update on the status of this withdrawal? Any assistance or information you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Best regards,

Hajira Bibi

You are not addressing Adobe directly here in this forum; we are a community of your fellow Contributors. payment takes 7-10 work days, and only 5 work days have elapsed since you submitted your request. Weekends and federal holidays are not considered work days.  Be patient.

Again...7 to 10 business days. Between the 29th of June and July 8 (today), only 5 business days have passed. Weekends do not count. There was also a US holiday on the 4th. That is not a business day. You requested payment on a Saturday. That Saturday and the following Sunday, would not count as business days, nor would the 6th and 7th of July.

In any case, you are not addressing Adobe here. We are contributors like yourself and can not be of further assistance. Be patient.

Hi,

A business day is from Monday to Friday, excluding public and company holidays. So 10 days (you should not expect the payment earlier, but typically, it comes earlier) means at least two full weeks!

I've never understood why people are always so impatient? Anyhow, only after the status changes from “pending” to “done” has Adobe transferred the funds to your payment agent. You will need to check with them, when there is a delay after that.
