You have a halo around objects due to sharpening:

Missing detail:

Bad cropping: The tower should be in picture. Also the trees in the foreground are highly disturbing. The big part of the street and the pavement are uninteresting.

Underexposed picture, and you need to lighten up the shadows:

Not enough light.  Unsightly artifacts on both steeples.  This would not print well.
