1. Very soft focus
2. focus not sharp enough
3. noisy and monochrome isn't accepted
The photos are not in focus; they are not sharp!
Have a read of this from Adobe about how to create better photos:

Hi @robert_hausmann,
The first photo is completely out of focus.
The second one is not completely in focus.
The third is a noisy black and white in which the dynamic range is a little wide. Black and white is not accepted.
Please read the info at these links I post in this thread for more details about what Adobe is looking for.
Best wishes

Shooting: ggf. Stativ verwenden, Funkauslöser, ggf. Filter...
Ihre Fähigkeiten: Variieren Sie Ihre Fotomotive, erstellen Sie Sammlungen.
Gesuchte Fotos: Folgen Sie Trends, Moden, Saisonalität.

Your translator messed up. Since this can happen more often: It is worth doing a retranslation into a third language, which you also understand. Based on the name, I assume that this language could be French.
"Aktien"=stock (shares in a company)≠stock photography="Stockfotografie" (so pretty much like in English, can also be kept in short form "Stock".)
