You should tell us the rejection reason: Technical issues, missing model release, IP violation?

 

You will need to photoshop all logos to start.

 

My guess is that the snow confuses your camera automatism so that the picture is underexposed and has a light white balance problem. I'm also thinking your subjects did move during the take or the camera moved. The EXIF shows an exposure time of one second, which is enormous.

I see tradename logos and markings on footwear and backpacks that pose an Intellectual Property problem.  This can't be used commercially until those are all removed.   I like the concept, but I think it would work better if the entire image was grayscale except for the red jacket.
