What was the stated reason for rejection? 

IMO, it's not good enough for commercial use.  Compare your work with other talented Stock contributors in this genre and you'll see what I mean.

With a non-conformity rejection reason, this tells me that the moderator perceived this image to have crossed the line from artistic into the more graphic side of things which we do not want. I don't see this shot having any sales potential for stock sales. Best to keep your content PG-13 at most.
