Fragen zu Bildrückweisungen

Hallo,

I would certainly NOT approve that someone can snap a picture of me while I'm out walking or shopping or dining, and then try to make money off of that image without my knowledge !

Thanks for the answer. I will answer in English so that nothing is lost in translation. I have already read all these documents several times. It is also true that there are these rules and they must be respected, that is not up for discussion here.
What is not understandable is that pictures with the same object are judged differently.
For this I have attached a PDF with which I would like to try to show my confusion.

Nobody can tell much from tiny preview images. There are not enough pixels & details.

If you want to know why your image was rejected for copyright, you'll need to show us the full sized image.   It's likely there are unique markings that identify it by name or owner which you failed to remove in post-editing.

Hello,

Without going into detail, you will have IP issues in all photos. Generally speaking street scenes, (signs, logos, people) boats, etc will have IP issues and model release issues with people in your shots, property issues with the ships, etc.

It can get a bit of a minefield, so generally speaking, don't upload such shots for commercial use if there is any question about model releases and IP releases that you need to get and you can't get them!

Hallo,

regards,
Henrik
