Good afternoon. I requested a withdrawal from my Adobe account on March 14th to my PayPal account. 

The funds have not yet been received. PayPal tech support responded that no funds were received from 

Adobe. Where is my money now? I'm from Russia.

I read in internet that Paypal is suspending service in Russia due to the westerns request for sanctions. Dis you get your money?

I've seen reports before that people were unable to transfer the money to their PayPal account, and it may relate to the sanctions imposed because of the Russian war on Ukraine. You will need to contact PayPal customer service to get a hint.
