Getting "Not all of your contents could be submitted for moderation" error when uploading assets

Hi Adobe Stock Contributors community,

I'm a new contributor trying to upload AI-generated images to build my portfolio, but I keep running into this error: "Not all of your contents could be submitted for moderation." It happens when I try to submit batches larger than around 50 images at once. I've made sure they're properly tagged as generative AI, meet the resolution requirements (4MP+), and don't contain any copyrighted elements. I've also spaced out my uploads to smaller batches (10-20 at a time), but the issue persists if I hit what seems like a weekly limit.

Any tips on how to increase these limits faster—maybe by improving acceptance rates or contacting support would be super helpful. I've checked the help docs but couldn't find specifics on this error.

As I understand it, there is more involved than just a weekly limit. There is also "a maximum amount of allowed content pending moderation." 50, and even 10 to 20 submissions at a time, can probably result in your "error" message. The limit was put into place to prevent excessive submissions, particularly AI submissions, as the result of contributors submitting hundreds if not thousands of unedited or poorly edited AI assets regularly.

There is no workaround short of submitting fewer assets. I generally submit two or three per day on average. Presently, I only have 9 assets under review, and I'm happy if I have 10 to 12 by the end of the day. While the new policy does make it more difficult for new contributors to establish even a modest portfolio in terms of size, it's likely it would not be an issue today if AI contributors had, in the beginning, not listened to the "get rich quick" videos on YouTube and submitted assets in bulk.

Adobe has not revealed the parameters they use to determine the account submission limits. They have always recommended a "slow but steady" approach to submissions. A few a day is better than larger batches. Contacting Adobe on this subject will result in a canned response.

Focus more on quality & less on quantity. 

Submit 2-3 of your very best assets at a time.  

Upload limits are to prevent abuse of the system, which creates backlogs for everyone.
